Overview
Baby Tulip is a shared space for caregivers to track a baby’s everyday routines. This policy explains what information we handle when you use the app and how we use it.
Information you provide
We process the information needed to create and use your family’s shared space, including:
- your email address and account sign-in details;
- your display name, family name, and baby name and birth date;
- sleep sessions, bottle-feed times and amounts, and other activity entries you choose to add; and
- the email address of a person you invite to join your family.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, create and maintain your family’s shared space, show the activity you and your invited caregivers record, and send family invitations you request.
Sharing
Your family’s information is shared with the caregivers you add to that family. We also use service providers that help run the app: Supabase hosts account and app data, Google may provide sign-in, and Resend delivers family invitation emails. We do not sell personal information.
Children’s information
Baby Tulip is for caregivers, not for children to use directly. Caregivers may choose to record information about a baby in the app. Please share only information that is appropriate for your family’s use of the service.
Data retention and security
We keep account and family information while it is needed to provide the app. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
Changes and questions
We may update this policy as Baby Tulip evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date above. Questions about this policy can be sent through the support contact provided with the app.
